Rao Sir is our CFO, a member of the Leadership Team, and the one person everyone at One Source calls “Sir.” Several of our core values including teaching, cooperation over competition, and a politics-free culture – find their roots in his approach. Soft-spoken and calm, he brings a steady voice to every room and a sharp understanding of organisational strategy and relationship-building. He heads Finance, Accounts, and Business Administration and serves on the Board of Directors. Outside work, he enjoys a good white rum and conversations about business, growth, and everything in between.
